Dear Mr. Haji Ishaq Sait:

While browsing the web site of Hasanath College, I was shocked to learn that Aziz Qader, son of late A. Qader Adam, is serving on the Executive Committee as Vice President of your prestigious educational institution.

In case you and other members of the Executive Committee are not aware, Aziz Qader and his brother A. Majeed (alias Mohsin) were arrested by the Cubbon Park Police in Bangalore as a result of a FIRST INFORMATION REPORT (FIR) registered against them and their company, Frontline Constructions, for criminal conspiracy, criminal breach of trust, criminal misappropriation and cheating. Here's a brief history…

In 1995, Aziz Qader and Mohsin induced my late father Noor Mohamed Lodhia, a salesman of Indian origin residing in New York City, United States of America, to invest in various properties in Bangalore promising better returns. In 1997, my father was diagnosed with lung cancer and requested Aziz Qader to sell everything and return the proceeds immediately. He refused, citing depressed property values, asking him to wait until the prices go up again. After my father passed away in April 1998, my mother Fatima Lodhia, daughter of Abdul Habeeb Yusuf Marfani, and my sister Mehroon would call/email Aziz Qader, but he repeated the same story about depressed property values, asking them to wait a few more months. Unfortunately, in 2004, my mother passed away with ovarian cancer.

Sensing an opportunity to take advantage since both parents were gone, Aziz Qader calls my sister in 2005, says that the market is improving and offers to buy back Noor Mohamed Lodhia’s properties for themselves, promising to wire transfer the funds within days. However, the money didn’t arrive. For years after that, Aziz Qader used every excuse in the book not only to refuse paying but also declining to provide official proof of sales transactions of the aforementioned properties. We tried several intermediaries to convince him, including his relatives and my father’s business associates, but to no avail.

It is important to note that the main excuse Aziz Qader kept giving for not returning the rightful inheritance of Noor Mohamed Lodhia to his heirs and refusing to document the massive profits they earned is that they recorded some of the investment monies received from my father as a loan in their accounts and the remainder was never reported to Indian tax authorities. You can hear Aziz Qader’s criminal confession in his own voice in recorded telephone calls along with full evidence at www.suchbolo.com

To this day, Aziz Qader and Mohsin have not remitted a single penny of my father’s inheritance. Needless to say, the cash was not stored under his mattress. Rather, for 31 years and counting, he has been using the money to unjustly enrich himself, his family and his associates whoever and wherever they may be.

Therefore, let this letter serve as LEGAL NOTICE:

If you, your colleagues on the Executive Committee, Hasanath Group of Institutions or its representatives have been involved in any financial dealings in any way, shape or form with Aziz Qader and Mohsin, directly or indirectly, you are morally and legally obligated to report them to the Administrator of Estate of Noor Mohamed Lodhia at yousuf@suchbolo.com and the government authorities to investigate the money trail.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I trust you will take the necessary steps to protect the reputation of Hasanath College.
